REFUNDS & EXCHANGE POLICY

Exchanges for items received with defects will be prioritised.

Our company holds a no refund policy. We have a 14-day exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to do an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

For exchanges on local orders, you can contact us at +65 8484 0066 with details of the item you wish to exchange (i.e. exchange to a different size, colour and/or item) so that the items can be put aside. Simply bring your item to The Golden Landmark at 390, Victoria Street #01-49 for an exchange, subject to stock availability.

If the item is no longer in stock, we advise looking through items of similar pricing to be exchanged. Exchanges to an equivalent value will not incur any additional charges. If there is a price difference to the new item, you will need to pay the difference. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-exchangeable items
We cannot accept exchanges on discounted and sale items or gift cards.
